We hope you love your Kayen Skinscience products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t offer refunds on:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at customercare@ka-yen.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
